Orders of $100+ ship for free within the US
FREE global shipping for orders over $250. Any customs charges, taxes, and VAT are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Orders are shipped from Boxford, MA within 2-6 business days. I make every potion from scratch, fresh in my apothecary. If your order will require a few extra days to complete I will contact you via email. Thanks!

Due to the handmade and very personal nature of our products we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons of dissatisfaction.
We will gladly replace or refund damaged or defective items immediately. If your items arrive damaged or an error was made, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can make it right. A digital image of the item will be requested. No refunds are granted after the seven day period.
Samples
At your request, we will happily include samples of any potions along with your order! Sampling a trial size to determine suitability for your skin type is highly suggested. Please note the samples you wish to try in the notes section upon checkout.
