Shipping is always complimentary within the US - no minimum required.
Orders to Canada ship for a flat rate of 18.00.
We offer FREE global shipping for orders over $200. Any customs charges, taxes, and VAT are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Orders are shipped from Boxford, MA via United States Post within 2-5 business days.
For orders to Macau, Hong Kong, and China please visit our authorized brand partner, Beauty Gallery for placing orders in those regions.
Returns

Due to the handmade and very personal nature of our products we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons of dissatisfaction.
We will gladly replace or refund damaged or defective items immediately. If your items arrive damaged or an error was made, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can make it right. A digital image of the item will be requested. No refunds are granted after the seven day period.
Samples
At your request, we will happily include samples of any potions along with your order! Sampling a trial size to determine suitability for your skin type is highly suggested. Please note the samples you wish to try in the notes section upon checkout.
